Valledoria

Valledoria is located in the Gulf of Asinara, in between Santa Teresa di Gallura and Porto Torres, it is an ideal location for access to the numerous historical-cultural places of the North of the island. Valledoria is a peaceful and relaxing place even during peak summer season. Its 15 Km of unspoilt beach link the cliff of Castelsardo to Isola Rossa.
Owing to its location in the middle of the north Sardinia, tourists can access many places within a short distance such as Alghero, Stintino, Costa Smeralda, Castelsardo and Costa Paradiso as well as cultural sites such as the necropolis of Alghelu Ruju, the basilica of Saccargia, Monte d’Accoddi, the Pozzo Sacro (Holy Well) or natural sites such as the Petrified Forest, Neptune’s caves, the Thermal Bath of Casteldoria and many other.

The Project

Valledoria City’s project differs from the classic beach houses.
In the middle of the town of Valledoria it has been spot a site where will be built up a residential complex of 22 apartments. Valledoria City’s project will be considered in the north Sardinia as an alternative offer. This is because it will meet everyone needs, from whom wants to have the beach at hand to whom instead wishes to have close all facilities that a town can offer, such as clubs, pubs, shops, beauty centre and many others.

Valledoria is a town with an added value. It doesn’t only have the most beautiful beaches of north Sardinia, but also its strategic location allows tourists to easily reach and explore the Gallura and Anglona area, the most characteristic and traditional areas of Sardinia.

The land on which the residential complex will be constructed is located exactly in the middle of the town. It is an inner and sheltered land that will be link to the town by a private access, also included in the project. Many green common areas will be part of the complex.

Valledoria City together with Valledoria 2 project, are part of a wider project that aims at the renewing and reorganisation of all the tourist infrastructures of Valledoria area that will see its maximum tourism revival in the next couple of years.

The construction of this peculiarly shaped building, as you can see from the digital renderings below, will start over the first weeks of 2008.

The 22 apartments will consist in 15 two-bedroom flats and one-bedroom flat distributed on 3 levels.

Every sector will have free access to the common green areas. The average size of flats will be of 65 sq m, for a total surface of about 1.500 sq m, including common areas, gardens, terraces and verandas.

The construction site

Theconstruction site has seen the place of the first stone in early 2008, as planned.
